How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by viewing the Order Tracking Page http://shop.GOLF.com/secure/orders/tracking.aspx. Enter your Order ID and email address. Once your order has been shipped to you, an email will be sent to you with a shipping notification and a carrier tracking number.

Do you sell current inline clubs?
Yes. We sell current inline models from virtually all of the major golf manufacturers. If you are looking for a particular current inline model and do not see it listed on the website, please call our customer service team at (866) 835-1593.

Are your clubs under warranty?
All new current inline golf clubs that we sell are sold under manufacturer warranty. In some cases, a closeout product may be eligible for warranty coverage, as well. When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped within one business day of payment verification. Shipment times vary and are dependent upon the final destination. Deliveries to residential locations are made Monday through Saturday. Deliveries to commercial locations are made Monday through Friday. All military shipments are delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. Our carriers do not make deliveries on national holidays and Sundays. For more information, visit our Shipping information page.

What is a drop shipment?
A drop shipment is a shipment of a customer order that originates directly from a manufacturer. If we do not have a particular inline product in stock, we will request the manufacturer to ship that item directly to you. Please note that not all manufacturers provide tracking information for customer drop shipments.

I live outside of the US, how much does it cost for shipping?
shop.GOLF.com ships to customers in almost 100 countries. The cost of shipment is dependent on the destination of the shipment and the item (weight and size) that you have purchased from us. Please see our Shipping information page for detailed rate information. Also, please note that our shipping rates do not include duties, taxes and other import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our carrier may pre-pay these charges and the customer must reimburse the carrier upon delivery.
