Return Policies and Procedures
- You may return or exchange any item that you have not used
within 30 days of the product order date for any reason. Items will be
eligible for return or exchange and a purchase price refund will be issued
based on the following conditions:
- A return authorization (“RA”) number must be obtained
from our customer service team and must accompany any return to allow our
customer service team to validate the refund/exchange process. To receive
a RA number, please call our customer service team at 866-835-1593.
- The returned product must be in the same condition as it
was sold and must include all inserts and accessories to be eligible for
a full refund of original purchase price. Please ensure that the RA
number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton. You must
also include a copy of the original sales receipt, order acknowledgment
or shipping confirmation to validate rightful ownership and return of the
item.
- Apparel, shoes, bags, headwear and accessories are not
returnable if previously used and must be in a complete resalable
condition, meaning all product inserts, tags and other items must be
included and attached. If any returned apparel, shoes, bags, headwear or
accessories have been used, the return will not be accepted and no refund
will be processed.
- Books, DVDs and electronic devices must be unopened and
include all inserts, documentation, etc.
- Personalized or customized orders are not eligible for
return.
- Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price (and
any applicable sales taxes) only. Original shipping charges are not
refundable and any shipping discounts initially received on original
purchase will be charged to customer and deducted from the final refund
amount for any returned items.
- Requests for returns after 30 days of product order will
not be granted.
- Free goods, received as part of a promotion, are not
eligible for return or exchange.
Warranty Claims
If you have any warranty issue, please call our customer
service team and we will be happy to assist you. Warranty claims are at the
total discretion of the product manufacturer. Details regarding warranty
coverage may be found on the manufacturer’s website. In most cases, warranty
coverage is void if any alterations that have been made to the original product.

Shipping Promotions
If a free shipping promotion or any other qualified
promotion was applied to an original order, the dollar amount of that promotion
may be deducted from the total refund amount for a product return. A deduction
against the product return refund will be made if the customer order, after the
product return, no longer qualifies for the promotion initially offered at the
time of checkout.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in
returning product to shop.GOLF.com, including shipping, taxes and duties (if
applicable). We strongly urge you to insure all return shipments as you will
bear the risk of loss in case of loss or damage during return shipment. If a product
return is necessary due to an order processing error caused by our team, we
will issue a carrier call-tag to have the item picked up for you. If you choose
to return the item on your own, please include your shipping cost receipt with
the return and we will reimburse your return shipping costs. In all cases, please

Items Damaged in Shipping
Due to circumstances outside of our control, certain shipments
may be damaged during shipment to you. If the products you ordered are damaged
during shipment, we will file a claim with our shipping carrier and will make
arrangements to retrieve the item. If your shipment is damaged, please do not
open the box or remove any of the contents. Our carrier reserves the right to
inspect any and all damaged items. Please report claims for damage within three
business days of receipt.
International Returns
International product returns follow the same return policy used
for U.S.-based returns. It is important to note that international customers
are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes and other import fees
imposed by international customs laws which may vary by origin of import. It is
important to note that a product return shipment is the result of an order
return and that there is no sale dollar value associated with the return
shipment.
How to Return Items
If you need to return an item, please follow these
instructions:
1. Call our customer service team; toll free at 866-835-1593

2. Request a Return Authorization (“RA”) number.
(If we need to issue a call tag, we will provide you with additional instructions)
3. If your product return meets our guidelines,
you will be issued a RA number authorization.
4. Please ship the item, in the original carton,
and include all inserts, tags, accessories, etc. You are responsible for the
return shipping cost, including any and all taxes and duties. We suggest that
you insure the shipment, since you will bear any risk of loss in case of loss
of damage during shipment.
5. Once your return is inspected and processed, typically
within 15 days of receipt, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit. All
refunds will be issued in U.S. currency.
