TaylorMade R11-S TP Driver Golf Club

Description

The R11-S TP driver from TaylorMade features Movable Weight Technology (MWT), which allows either draw-biased or neutral weighting. It also features Flight Control Technology (FCT) which allows adjustability of the face angle, lie angle, and effective loft by simple shaft and head adjustments. The Adjustable Sole Plate (ASP) now has five different face angle positions (+/- 3 degrees) for even more versatility. The R11-S TP driver's 460cc titanium head has a flat white finish and black face to improve alignment and visual acuity. The TP has the same head as the standard R11-S model but with upgraded shaft options.

  • DISTANCE: One of the longest drivers; off-center hits keep you satisfied time after time.
  • ACCURACY/FORGIVENESS: Your accuracy can be improved by quickly adjusting the club; a very forgiving stick—sidespin is adequately reduced; pushes and pulls replace slices and hooks.
  • FEEL: Immediate feedback on all shots; powerful and explosive on sweet-spot hits; a more muted sensation on off-center hits.
  • PLAYABILITY: Hot, boring draws; the ability to shape shots is there for more skilled players.
  • LOOK: The now-familiar white head contrasts with a black face to make alignment a snap.

Cons
  • Some testers don’t see much difference versus R11; a few dissenters aren’t fans of the white look, which shows dirt and scratches.
