Sweepstake is open to all members and non-members of shop.GOLF.com
website who reside within the continental United States. No purchase
necessary to win. One (1) entry per person. Winners eligible to win only one (1) prize. Deadline for
entries is 1/1/0001.
Winner will be notified via email the first week of February, 1.

To be eligible to enter and win, each entrant must be a
legal resident of the fifty United States & D.C., logging onto the Internet
in the United States.Employees of Shop Golf, LLC, and the immediate families and members of the
household of any such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: As of the entry date, you must be at
least 18 or the age of legal majority in your state. Entries received between 1/1/0001 and 1/1/0001 shall be
eligible for the sweepstakes drawing. Eligible entrants may enter the
sweepstakes by visiting http://shop.GOLF.com/contest.aspx, filling out the
electronic entry form and clicking the 'Enter Sweepstakes Now' button. All complete eligible entries will be entered in the
sweepstakes. One entry per person AND/OR email address. Duplicate entries will
be disqualified. You must remain an active subscriber to the email promotion
list in order to be eligible for the sweepstakes.
Submission of an incomplete entry may result in
disqualification. Entries become the property of Shop Golf, LLC and will not be
returned. Shop Golf, LLC shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected
messages, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software or other
technical malfunctions or disturbances or other communications failures or
circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants' ability to participate
in this promotion.
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by the
rules and regulations of this promotion. Winners will be selected at random
from a pool of subscribed entrants. The random drawing will be conducted on or
about First week of February, 1
by Shop Golf, LLC, whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon
the number of entries received.
Winners will be notified by email to the email address
provided on the entry form approximately two days after the drawing and are
required to respond within 7 days of transmission of that notice or risk
forfeiting the prize. If winner fails to respond within that time period,
prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner chosen at random
from the remaining entrants in the pool. In the event of a dispute regarding
the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed
submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.
Winner may be required to provide evidence that winner is
the authorized account holder of the address associated with the winning entry
and complete an affidavit of eligibility and any applicable releases. By
accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, photographs
and/or other likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes without
additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, all
entrants release Shop Golf, LLC, and its parent companies, affiliates,
subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees,
suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this
sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising
from, this sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes
including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or
loss. ANY CLAIMS OR CONTROVERSIES RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES
SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE
OF NC WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES THEREOF AND SHALL BE
BROUGHT IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN RALEIGH, NC. EACH ENTRANT
AGREES TO THAT VENUE AND JURISDICTION AND THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THOSE
COURTS AND WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE
COURTS.
USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: As permitted by law and in
accordance with Shop Golf, LLC's Privacy Policy, Shop Golf, LLC
may use information which all entrants provide about themselves to send them
announcements about Shop Golf, LLC's products and programs via electronic and
ordinary mail. An entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes a grant of
permission to Shop Golf, LLC or its agents to include winners' names on the web
sites of Shop Golf, LLC and in connection with a Winners' List without further
notice.
PRIZES: There will be no cash or other substitutes for the
prizes, except that Shop Golf, LLC reserves the right to substitute prizes of
equal or greater value in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for any
reason. Winner will be issued 1099 tax form when the ARV of prize is over $600.
UNFORESEEN EVENTS: Shop Golf, LLC, in its sole discretion,
reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, including if Shop
Golf, LLC becomes aware of any occurrence which would materially affect the
promotion's security or fairness, including but not limited to technical
malfunction of the contest website, software and/or hardware transmission
failures, and virus contamination.
