We No Longer Accept Trade-Ins
FAQ
When will my trade-in be processed?
The inspection process for consumer trade-in transactions may take up to 10 business days to complete from the time we receive the club (at our facility). After our trained product inspectors complete the receiving process, a credit or gift certificate will be issued to you.
How are golf club trade-in values determined?
To make sure you receive a great price for your golf club, we use The Golf PriceBook™. This is the same price book major retailers and pro shops have been using for years. Because of our experience and knowledge with The Golf PriceBook, we are confident you will receive a fair price for your trade-in.
Does the condition of the golf club matter?
The condition of a preowned golf club has a significant impact on its value. Before receiving a price quote, you will be asked to confirm that your club is not in need of any repairs; is not dented; is not badly scratched; is not cracked; or has significant sky marks. How well you have taken care of your golf club will have a substantial impact on the trade-in value of your club.
How many clubs must be included in an iron set to be accepted for trade-in purposes?

What if I trade a set of irons with less than eight (8) consecutively numbered clubs? (for example – 4-PW)
Iron sets trade-in values are based on eight sequentially numbered irons. If you submit a set that has less than eight sequentially numbered pieces, the trade-in value and any related trade-in premiums will be adjusted accordingly to the new value of the smaller iron set.
What if I trade-in a “broken” set of irons? (for example – my set of irons is missing the 7 iron)
Any iron set trade-in that is a broken set (i.e. missing a 7 iron) is not eligible for credit or any applicable trade-in premium.
What if the item I trade-in does not match the item on the packing slip?
If upon the completion of our inspection of the item(s) that you submitted to us, the models for the trade-in items do not match the items listed on your packing slip, the trade-in values will be changed accordingly, as will any applicable trade-in premiums.
